Queen Majesty wanted something that landed somewhere between a hot sauce and a BBQ sauce but was more versatile and had no added sugar. They highlight the chipotle morita pepper—a lightly smoked, ripe, red jalapeño—and the dried bean of the mesquite tree, which adds a subtle, flavorful nuttiness.
